Sales Coordinator
to support our GCC-based IT sales activities from our Mangalore office.
Role Summary
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales lifecycle--vendor coordination, pricing requests, quotation preparation, LPO verification, order processing, and documentation. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in
Zoho Books
and
Zoho CRM
.
Candidates must be from Mangalore or willing to relocate to Mangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Coordinate with IT vendors and distributors to collect competitive pricing and product details.
Prepare accurate and professional quotations through Zoho CRM and internal templates.
Maintain updated quotation logs and ensure timely submissions.
Order Processing & Documentation
Review and validate customer Purchase Orders (LPOs).
Process orders internally via Zoho Books/CRM workflows and secure necessary approvals.
Place orders with vendors and track order progress until delivery and closure.
Maintain structured documentation of quotations, LPOs, invoices, delivery notes, and vendor communications.
Financial & Accounting Coordination
Work closely with Accounts to support invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups through Zoho Books.
Verify cost sheets, pricing structures, margins, discounts, and tax details.
Support sales forecasts, renewal tracking, and monthly revenue reports via Zoho CRM.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate daily with GCC Sales Teams for opportunity updates.
Maintain sales trackers for opportunities, pipeline, orders, and renewals.
Prepare periodic sales reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
, or
IT
.
Candidates with an accounting or technical background are preferred (finance background acceptable).
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office sales support (IT industry preferred).
Mandatory experience with Zoho Books and Zoho CRM.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
Must be currently residing in Mangalore or willing to relocate to Mangalore.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and licensing.
Experience working with GCC markets (UAE, Qatar, Oman, KSA).
Experience coordinating with distributors like Redington, Ingram Micro, or Starlink.
