Understand client requirements and coordinate meetings or calls with the nearest
available sales executive.
Maintain a schedule of all client meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
Update and track client interactions in CRM or internal tools.
Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist in basic documentation and communication material preparation (like meeting
agendas, call briefs).
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on coordination effectiveness and gaps.
Pre-requisites:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any
relevant field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office tools; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Comfortable with phone and email communication.
Proactive, people-friendly, and a team player.
