The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, maintaining records, and providing accurate reports. The role involves regular communication with cluster heads, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and client correspondence.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Collect data from cluster heads on a daily basis and compile it into the central reporting system.
Maintain and update Excel/MIS reports daily for sales performance and operational tracking.
Maintain and update sales records, CRM systems, and client databases.
Follow up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and documentation.
Prepare regular sales reports, MIS, and performance summaries for management review.
Support in organizing client meetings, product demos, and business reviews.
Handle inbound inquiries and route leads to the respective sales representatives.
Track sales targets and provide administrative support to achieve monthly/quarterly goals.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials when required.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer support role. (Freshers can apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, Google sheets (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Team player with a positive attitude.
Prior experience in [insert industry, e.g., FMCG / IT / Manufacturing / Real Estate] will be a plus.
