About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in the interior designing industry. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the design/sales team, ensuring smooth coordination, follow-ups, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure smooth communication. Prepare and maintain sales documentation, quotations, and proposals. Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and project updates. Assist the sales and design team in handling client requirements. Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress. Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle day-to-day office coordination related to sales and projects.
Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and coordinate between different teams. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Prior experience in the Interior Designing / Architecture industry is a must.
Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing/Interior Design background preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or client handling in the interior designing industry.
