Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Industry: Electronic Products (LED Panels)

Location: Near Bombay Hospital, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Executive to support the sales of LED panels and electronic products. The role involves inside sales activities, coordination with the sales team, clients, vendors, and ensuring smooth order processing from inquiry to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inside sales activities including lead follow-ups, customer inquiries, and order confirmations

Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documents

Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, logistics, and accounts for timely execution of orders

Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and customer data

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

Communicate with clients regarding product details, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment status

Assist in after-sales coordination and resolve customer issues promptly

Manage inventory coordination and track order status

Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of LED panels or electronic products (preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Diploma (preferred)

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or sales coordination

Experience in electronics / lighting / LED products will be an advantage

Salary:

As per industry standards and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
