Inside Sales - Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
? Proactively reach out to potential customers within the assigned region, focusing on Trionet's solution portfolio.
? Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning them with suitable offerings.
? Work closely with the solutions team to develop customized proposals and presentations.
? Manage the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure--including pricing, negotiations, and contract signing.
? Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to drive sales growth.
? Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
? Collaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
? Submit regular sales performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in any discipline
? Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/telemarketing.
? Experience handling the full sales process, including closing deals
? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
