We are into B2B business as Sole Distributors for several Multi-National Companies & also provide Technical Support to our clients. We currently have 15 dedicated Technical Sales Team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support through the Technical Sales Team. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with Sales Team to provide necessary support for sales operations and monitor their performance against targets & plans on daily basis. Qualifications & Experience: Sales Coordination and Customer Service skills with 4-5 years of experience Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work well in a team and independently Previous experience in sales or sales support/coordination preferred Excellent organizational and time-management skills IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & Sales Force - CRM Bachelor\'s or Masters in Science / Biotechnology / Food Technology degree or related field preferred Travelling: May occasionally involve visits to Customer locations anywhere in India along with Sales Team.
