responsibilities: o greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the store o promote our products and services to customers and answer any questions they may have o assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service o maintain a clean and organized store environment o achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store o participate in store events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness o collect customer feedback and communicate it to the store management team o stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques to continuously improve your performance
requirements: o high school diploma or equivalent o previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred o excellent communication and interpersonal skills o strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with customers o ability to work independently and as part of a team o positive attitude and willingness to learn o flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required o ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
