The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and business development efforts, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Support: - Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. - Coordinate and follow up on sales-related inquiries, leads, and opportunities. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales databases. Market research and identifying potential opportunities. 2. Customer Communication: - Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing information about our services. - Respond promptly to customer requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Order Processing: - Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products and services. - Collaborate with other departments such as projects team, operations and finance to facilitate order fulfilment. 4. Sales Reporting: - Prepare and generate sales reports, forecasts, and analytics for management. - Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement. 5.
