The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus. Roles And Responsibilities Assist the sales team in administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, managing documents, and organizing sales data. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team. Handle customer inquiries and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain customer database and update customer information. Prepare sales presentations and proposals. Monitor and track sales activities and provide regular reports to the sales team. Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
