About this role


This is a remote job \xe2\x80\x93 you\xe2\x80\x99d be working from home and we will provide you with all the necessary tools to do your job. You will be required to occasionally travel and meet up with clients.

Work Schedule
2 PM-11 AM Bucharest time, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, except all local public holidays

Main Task
Handling quantitative and qualitative bid requests in an accurate and timely fashion.

Responsibilities
  • Handling quotation requests from your shift;
  • Producing reports on your work;
  • Continuous reaching out to prospects based in the hub(s) allocated to you using email, phone, Skype and LinkedIn, with the purpose of promoting our services and introducing DataDiggers to potential new clients;
  • Setting up face to face meetings with strategic clients and occasionally traveling to their offices to hold presentations, have business lunches etc.;
  • Attending market research trade shows in your region, networking with prospects and meeting clients;
  • Manage the relationship with current customers to increase the volume of business coming from their end;
  • Maintain an updated record on clients in company\'s CRM.


What we\'ll need from you
  • At least 1 years of bids or sales or business development experience in online market research;
  • Experience in selling to large multinational clients such as Ipsos, Kantar, GfK, Nielsen etc.;
  • Experience in selling the following qualitative research methods: product test (iHUT), online diary, online community, online focus group, online IDIs and surveys that run on mobile apps.;
  • Excellent understanding of how the qualitative research methods mentioned above work;
  • Excellent knowledge of the limitations related to running surveys using online panels \xe2\x80\x93 i.e. difficult to reach targets, sensitive topics, PII collection, challenging quotas etc.;
  • Proven successful track record (i.e. clients won, numbers reached etc.);
  • At least a basic experience in working with the Cint Access Pro tool, and any other tool will be advantage;
  • Be a great team player, tenacious, positive, proactive, with a strong \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently at the same time, permanently self-improving own skills;
Highly important: be able to work independently, without continuous supervision or tasks received on a daily/weekly basis.

You get a plus for
