The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing customer accounts, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth order processing from enquiry to dispatch. The role involves handling customer communication, preparing sales documentation, maintaining MIS reports, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage existing customer accounts and ensure seamless handling of regular business and order processing.
Act as a key coordination point between the sales team, plant/production team, and logistics to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Handle new customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and support negotiations as required.
Utilize CRM systems to generate quotations, proforma invoices, and maintain accurate customer data.
Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to introduce the company profile and generate new business leads.
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer emails, calls, and queries.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Follow up on outstanding payments and perform reconciliation in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support the sales team with documentation, coordination, and any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel
Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales / Customer Support
