B2B Sales Revenue Generation
Actively engage with B2B prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate and progress sales opportunities.
Conduct outbound calling and follow-ups to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Qualify business requirements, present offerings, and drive opportunities through the sales funnel to closure.
Own assigned accounts and leads, with clear responsibility for conversions and revenue contribution.

Client Engagement Deal Closure
Lead client discussions, product/service walkthroughs, and commercial conversations.
Coordinate proposal creation, pricing discussions, and negotiations in alignment with sales leadership.
Ensure timely follow-ups and momentum to avoid deal slippage and drop-offs.

Sales Enablement Coordination
Support the sales team by coordinating training sessions, tools, and enablement initiatives.
Assist in onboarding new sales team members on CRM, sales processes, and performance expectations.

Sales Handover Internal Alignment
Manage structured handover of closed deals and client requirements to operations or delivery teams.
Act as the primary coordination point to ensure commitments made during sales are executed internally.
Track post-sale progress and address escalations impacting client experience.

Organize and participate in weekly and monthly sales review meetings.

Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
