? Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management
team.
? Understanding product offerings of the company.
? Quote preparation and sharing with customers on time.
? Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of
delays, arranging delivery dates, ensuring material is delivered on time.
? Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices,
discounts, and product numbers.
? Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring
all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
? Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are
handled efficiently.
? Invoice submission and ensuring timely remittance of invoices from all the customers.
? Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies related to invoice remittances.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required
2+ years' experience in similar field .
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
