Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing will be responsible for:



Sales Management:



1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.



2. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.



3. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.



4. Set sales targets and monitor team performance through KPIs.



5. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.



6. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.



Marketing Management:



1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.



2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.



3. Manage digital marketing, social media, and content strategies.



4. Oversee advertising, PR, and promotional activities.



5. Collaborate with product development teams to enhance offerings.



Business Development & Strategy:



1. Develop partnerships and collaborations to expand business reach.



2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.



3. Optimize pricing, distribution, and positioning strategies.



4. Improve customer retention through loyalty programs and engagement.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
