We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, client engagement activities, and MIS/reporting functions. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both client communication and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups to maintain strong relationships.
Address client queries, provide solutions, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Introduce and promote company services, certification schemes, and relevant ISO standards.
Enhance client engagement by sending daily, weekly, monthly, and festival greetings.
Review and verify client identity documents such as visiting cards and ID cards.
Prepare accurate quotations, including PT (Proficiency Testing) enquiries.
Maintain and update sales documentation (List of List, MID, Sales Trackers, PT Trackers, branded client lists, ISO-wise analysis reports).
Regularly update CRM/sales software with accurate client and sales information.
Collect, validate, and analyse sales data to generate reports and performance insights.
Monitor sales trends and prepare MIS reports, summaries, presentations, and promotional materials.
Prepare sales incentive calculations as per defined criteria.
Ensure data accuracy and support improvements in MIS processes.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and product development teams for seamless workflow.
Support strategic and operational decisions through timely data sharing.
Competency Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred) with 2-3 years of sales coordination experience.
Strong skills in data handling, Excel-based reporting, and generating custom reports.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
High levels of confidentiality, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
Must possess a positive, proactive, "go-getter" attitude.
