Job Description

Position: Sales Coordinator (Female only)



Key Responsibilities:



Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents. Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM or spreadsheets. Coordinate with production, accounts, and dispatch departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and order status. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team. Support marketing and promotional activities as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sales data and company information.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer support role. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
