Key Responsibilities:



Acted as a liaison between clients and sales agents to schedule property showings and follow-up meetings. Maintained and updated property listings on the company website, CRM systems, and real estate platforms. Handled incoming inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing information about available properties and directing leads to appropriate agents. Prepared sales documents, contracts, and agreements under supervision. Assisted in organizing open houses and promotional events. Maintained organized records of client information, sales leads, and property documents. Coordinated appointments, property visits, and meetings for the sales team. Followed up with potential clients to gather feedback and track progress. Provided administrative support including data entry, report generation, and maintaining filing systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
