Handle customer calls and emails
Collaborate with the sales team to support them in the sales cycle and follow up with customers
Gather feedback from customers and loop back information to the sales team.
Develop and maintain file systems to keep sales records and run reports
Answer questions of customers and prospects
Co-ordinate with operations and sales department to effectively service customers
Collect and analyze data to target new sales
Track goals and quotas for the entire sales team
Collaborate with other teams to increase sales
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Two or more years of experience as a sales coordinator or in sales administration
Computer literacy
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, follow up, and customer service skills
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
