Coordination with Sales team, internal departments and customers to update status or orders in process. Manage dispatch from various locations and share details with sales team and customers. Follow up with sales teams for orders ready with production. Manage and plan Installations of the products. Update various data in the spreadsheet for reporting and analysis. The coordinator will be dealing with Sales, Operations, Production, Finance & Installation teams over phone and email.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in science, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (sales support/coordinator). Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
