Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate sales orders, quotations, contracts, and invoices
Act as a point of contact between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze sales data
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics or operations teams
Schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and manage sales calendars
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
The Sales Coordinator - South Region will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all sales employees across the South region. The role requires strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to travel frequently within the South to ensure smooth sales operations, team coordination, and effective customer engagement.
