Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: -



Communication and Coordination (Act as the liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments.)

Sales Support and Administration

Documentation and Reporting (Generate regular sales reports for review).

Exhibition and Visitor Management (Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company and support the sales team, Maintain a visitor log and record potential leads or contacts during events)

Provide administrative support to the sales team (e.g., travel arrangements, expense reports).

Help onboard and train new sales staff on internal systems and processes.

Track delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatches.

Monitor stock levels and notify relevant teams.

Key Skills :



Clear verbal and written communication with team, clients, and vendors.

Professional email and phone etiquette.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and records efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.

Open to learning about products, markets and latest trends.

Eligibility Criteria :



Minimum 1-5 years of working experience, preferably in same field / industry.

Education : Any Graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
