Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department.The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the availability and timely delivery of products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records and databases.
- Coordinate with CRM regarding the details of the orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement efficient workflow processes.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
