ROLE SUMMARY
Role Title: Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Vice President - Sales, PRHI
Direct Reports: NA
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To provide admin and other day to day support to the Sales Team
STAKEHOLDERS FOR THE ROLE
INTERNAL :VP Sales, VP Product, SVP Sales & Product, Online & Offline Sales Team, Ops, Finance, Editorial & Marketing Teams
ROLE CONTRIBUTION AREAS
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide administrative and operational Support to Sales Team
  • Support VP Sales in preparation for sales data, forecasts and budget
  • Support Sales team with preparing presentations, special order forms, customer emailers etc
  • Support Sales team with samples, catalog distribution, authorisation letters etc.
  • Gather data and market feedback from Sales team for preparing specific reports
  • Creating and circulating reports such as Monthly Bestseller report, Nielsen report, FL bestseller reports etc
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Organise and coordinate important sales meeting and conferences
  • Raising all POs of Sales Department
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance and operations to ensure smooth alignment
ROLE COMPETENCIES
1. Good Command over MS Office including tools like MS Excel, Powerpoint, word etc
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Eye to details
