Dewon Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic
Sales Coordinator
to support the sales and operations team in managing orders, payments, logistics, and client coordination.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining smooth communication between departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Handle order processing from inquiry to dispatch and ensure timely deliveries.
Payment Tracking:
Follow up with clients for payments and maintain proper records of pending and received payments.
Data Management:
Maintain and update customer databases, order records, and reports.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with sales, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and payment reports for management.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch schedules, documentation, and delivery follow-ups.
Client Interaction:
Handle customer queries, quotations, and after-sales support.
Field Visits:
Occasionally visit client sites or vendors for order follow-ups, material verification, or delivery coordination.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
2-3 years of hands-on experience in
Sales Coordination / Order Processing / Back Office Sales.
Strong knowledge of
Excel, MS Office, and basic ERP or CRM tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Proactive, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
