Job Description

Handle customer enquiries related to

electric motors, gearboxes, VFDs, and drive systems

Prepare and follow up on

quotations, techno-commercial offers, and pricing

Coordinate with

vendors, OEMs, and internal sales team

for availability, lead time, and pricing Process

sales orders

, maintain order tracking, and ensure timely dispatch Coordinate with

logistics and stores

for material movement and delivery Maintain customer database, enquiry status, and sales records Follow up with customers for

order confirmation, payments, and delivery schedules

Assist the sales team in preparing

sales reports, MIS, and monthly targets data

Resolve basic customer issues related to orders, dispatch, and documentation Ensure proper documentation such as

PO, invoice, delivery challan, and warranty detail

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
