About the Role

We are looking for a

Sales Coordinator

to support our industrial sales team and act as a key communication link between customers, sales engineers, and internal departments.

This role is ideal for someone who is

organized, detail-oriented, and confident in professional English communication

, as regular interaction with large industrial clients is required.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation Communicate with customers regarding order status, dispatch, and follow-ups Maintain sales data, reports, and customer records Support the sales team in smooth order execution and coordination

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in sales coordination / sales support (industrial background preferred)

Excellent spoken and written English - mandatory

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and office systems Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills Professional attitude and ability to work with industrial clients
