Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Schedule and line-up call with franchisee manager.
Coordinate with interior design agencies and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
