Receive confirmed sales orders from sales team or customers
Verify order details such as product, quantity, GST, and delivery address
Coordinate with production, store, and dispatch teams for order execution
2. Billing & Documentation
Prepare Dispatch Bills / Tax Invoices accurately
Ensure correct GST, HSN code, quantity, and tax calculation
Maintain invoice records in billing software and physical files
3. E-Way Bill Generation
Generate E-Way Bills on the GST portal before dispatch
Update vehicle number, transporter details, and delivery location
Ensure E-way bill validity and compliance during transit
4. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely dispatch
Share invoice and E-way bill copies with transporter and customer
Track dispatched material and follow up till delivery confirmation
5. Customer Inquiry Handling
Handle customer inquiries related to:
Order status
Dispatch and delivery updates
Invoice and documentation queries
Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal departments
6. Sales & Dispatch Support
Support sales team with order-related documentation
Prepare daily dispatch reports and pending order lists
Maintain customer and dispatch records
7. Record Keeping & Compliance
Maintain proper records of invoices, E-way bills, delivery challans
Ensure compliance with GST rules and company procedures
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of GST & E-Way Bill process
Good coordination and communication skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, billing software, ST ERP)
