Order Processing: Manage and process sales orders for tools, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to track orders and manage inventory levels.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Complaint Handling: Assist in addressing complaints and provide effective solutions to improve customer experience.
Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a communication bridge between the sales team and other departments to streamline processes.
Organizational Skills: Maintain strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
