Job Summary

We are looking for a talented

Sales Co-Ordinator

with strong communication and coordination skills to support our sales team, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth customer handling.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, calls, emails & follow-ups Prepare quotations, order processing & maintain sales records Manage IndiaMART and online inquiry platforms Coordinate with internal departments for order status Maintain customer database & prepare sales reports Support basic marketing activities (email/WhatsApp marketing)

Requirements

Experience:

1 to 3 years

Qualification:

Any Graduate / MBA Preferred

Strong communication & MS Office skills Knowledge of IndiaMART / CRM tools preferred Good coordination, multitasking & time management ability
