Job Description

Key responsibilities include processing orders, managing customer accounts, preparing daily sales reports, field tracking of sales team and assisting with sales presentations and proposals.

Key responsibilities

Administrative support

: Handle day-to-day administrative duties, such as filing, record-keeping, and managing customer databases.

Scheduling and coordination

: Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure efficient operations.

Communication

: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, and facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and other departments.

Sales support

: Assist with creating sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Ensure sales and marketing collateral is up-to-date.

Order processing

: Process and track customer orders, ensure they are accurate, and confirm timely delivery to customers.

Reporting and data management

: Create and review sales reports and manage data within the CRM software.

Team and goal management

: Assist in setting sales targets and monitor the sales team's progress towards meeting those goals.
Necessary skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Proficiency with CRM and other sales software Knowledge of sales techniques and principles

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
