Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Support & Coordination:

Coordinate and assist the sales team with day-to-day operations. Track and follow up on sales orders, quotations, and client inquiries. Prepare sales reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review. Maintain customer databases and update CRM systems.

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

Act as a point of contact between customers and the sales team. Handle client queries promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with clients & channel partners for order fulfilment.

Order Management:

Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the supply chain/production team. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of pharmaceutical products.

Cross-Department Coordination:

Liaise with logistics, accounts, regulatory, and production teams for smooth operations. Support sales team in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and samples.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field

.

2-4 years of experience

as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the

Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Nutraceutical industry

. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, distribution channels, and sales processes. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

and CRM tools. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
