We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations across the department. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to support daily operations and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, order sheets, and client documentation.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and provide updates on order status.
Assist in processing quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.
Support sales managers with scheduling meetings, calls, and sales presentations.
Communicate with internal departments (finance, logistics, operations) to ensure timely delivery and service.
Track sales targets and performance for reporting to management.
Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
