Sales Coordinator



High-Level Description:



The Sales-coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer and the sales teams by ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities and efficient communication between sales, production, and other relevant departments. This role involves assisting with sales forecasting, coordinating deliveries, managing pricing and promotions information, and supporting sales events.

Accountability:



? Accountable for providing effective administrative and operational support to the

sales teams.

? Accountable for accurate and timely coordination of sales-related information.

? Accountable for supporting the achievement of sales targets through efficient

coordination.

Responsibility:



? Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to support the development of sales

forecasts and communicate them to the production team.

? Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely and accurate product

deliveries to customers.

? Maintain and communicate up-to-date pricing information and promotional details to

the sales teams.

? Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and marketing

campaigns.

? Serve as a central point of contact for various sales-related queries and issues,

facilitating resolution.

? Prepare sales reports and presentations as required.

? Maintain organized sales records and documentation.

? Support the sales teams with administrative tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

? Track sales activities and provide updates to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Reporting Structure:



? Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

? Direct Reports: None typically.

? Indirect Reports: None typically.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



? Accuracy of Sales Forecast Communication to Production.

? Timeliness of Sales Order Processing and Delivery Coordination.

? Efficiency in Providing Sales Support (e.g., response time to queries).

? Support in Successful Execution of Sales Events/Promotions (e.g., lead generation,

sales achieved).

Competency Requirements:

Technical:

Good understanding of sales processes and terminology. Proficient in

using CRM systems and MS Office Suite (especially Excel/Google Sheets) for data

entry, reporting, and basic sales analysis. Basic understanding of supply chain and

logistics.

Functional:

Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent

communication and interpersonal abilities, strong attention to detail, problem-solving

skills, ability to multitask and prioritize.

?

Behavioural:

Proactive and can-do attitude, strong sense of responsibility, ability to

work effectively in a team environment, customer focused.

Experience:



? Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role,

preferably within the medical device or related industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
