Coordinate with sales executives and production teams to process customer orders efficiently.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payments.
Follow up with customers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payments.
Communicate production timelines and delivery status to clients and internal teams.
Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Support marketing activities, trade shows, and customer visits when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries and issues promptly.
- Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Work Environment:
Onsite position
- based at the manufacturing facility or corporate office.
Coordination with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and logistics.
May occasionally visit clients or suppliers as needed
2-5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within a
manufacturing or industrial environment
.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
