: Sales Coordinator



Sales Support

: Assist sales representatives with Order booking in CRM portal ,order processing, client follow-ups, and documentation.

Customer Interaction

: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.

Order Management

: Track orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Reporting

: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

CRM Maintenance

: Update and manage customer databases and sales records.

Cross-Functional Coordination

: Liaise with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.

Event & Campaign Support

: Help organize promotional events, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
