Handle and coordinate sales inquiries generated from IndiaMART, Justdial, and other lead generation platforms.

Manage daily communication with customers and vendors through calls, emails, and messages.

Maintain and update sales data, quotations, and follow-up status in MS Excel and internal systems.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and client communication.

Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and reports.

Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and convert leads into successful orders.

Requirements:

Education

: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

Experience

: 1-3 years in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales.

Gender

: Female candidates preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel & Email communication

Excellent coordination, follow-up, and customer handling skills

Good spoken and written communication in English and Hindi

Salary:

As per industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
