Job Summary:



We are seeking detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team and ensure the smooth execution of sales activities.

Strong English communication

skills are a must, as the role involves regular interaction with clients, the sales team, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Inquiry handling. Making Quotation , Performa Invoice, Sales order etc. Preparing Product presentation, Sales report ,Inquiry data management, Payment Data report etc. Experience with Trade portals like Indiamart, Trade India etc will be plus. Coordination with Sales and Technical team. Handling Timely manner Customers Inquiry . Must have good communication skill verbal & written both. Timely manner payment followup as well as Inquiry followup.

Requirements:



Education:

Any graduate

Experience:

2-5 years in a similar back-office or sales coordination role.

Gender :

Female candidates preferred

Skills:

Excellent

English communication

(written & verbal), strong in

Excel

and reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
