Key Responsibilities:
Customer Inquiry handling.
Making Quotation , Performa Invoice, Sales order etc.
Preparing Product presentation, Sales report ,Inquiry data management, Payment Data report etc.
Experience with Trade portals like Indiamart, Trade India etc will be plus.
Coordination with Sales and Technical team.
Handling Timely manner Customers Inquiry .
Must have good communication skill verbal & written both.
Timely manner payment followup as well as Inquiry followup.

2-5 years in a similar back-office or sales coordination role.
