As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in upselling products and services to existing customers
- Support direct sales efforts by providing product information and conducting demonstrations
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement business development strategies
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Manage key accounts through effective account management practices
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers
Skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong sales acumen and ability to drive results
- Experience in product demos and presenting sales pitches
- Knowledge of business development principles
- Excellent cold calling skills to engage potential customers
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships
- Ability to handle account management responsibilities effectively
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully
