Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead and manage a high-performing sales team of 15-20 members. The role involves driving daily market visits, ensuring accurate GPS/photo tracking, and maintaining seamless coordination with field staff. The ideal candidate will actively monitor brand-wise reports, maintain dealer databases, and track weekly/monthly performance to maximize efficiency and strengthen market presence.
This is a long-term growth opportunity for a highly motivated individual who demonstrates strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to team and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
Track daily field visits using GPS and photo reports.
Prepare accurate daily brand-wise sales visit reports.
Maintain a detailed dealer database (salesperson-wise).
Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly visit records and performance.
Coordinate with the team to resolve market challenges promptly.
Ensure consistent follow-ups on visits and market availability.
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
Excellent communication and persuasive telephone skills.
Proficiency in sales tracking applications and reporting tools.
Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Location: Plot No-97, 1st Floor, Om Square, Near Ishwar Farm, BRTS Canal Road, Bhatar, Althan, Surat, Gujarat - 395017
Timings: Male - 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM | Female - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 - ?18,000 (On Hand)
