About KCPL INDIA RADIATOR

KCPL is a manufacturer and exporter of automotive heat-exchangers such as radiators, condensers, cooling coils, intercoolers. The company focuses on quality, cost control, and after-sales customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate all sales support and administrative activities for the sales team to ensure smooth operations. Act as the first point of contact for customers (incoming calls, emails, walk-in enquiries) and handle them in a timely, professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, quotations, follow-ups, delivery schedules, and feedback. Prepare and issue quotations, pro-forma invoices, sales orders, negotiate payment terms (in consultation with Sales Manager). Liaise with production, quality control, warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure orders are processed, manufactured, inspected, and delivered as per schedule. Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction, handle any issues or complaints, and escalate when necessary. Generate sales reports, sales pipeline updates, and other MIS (Management Information System) reports for senior management. Support marketing or promotions activities - e.g., product launches, fairs, customer visits, editorial or social media updates. Maintain a database of existing and potential clients, monitor market trends, competitors and share insights with sales & strategy teams. Coordinate travel, scheduling, and logistics for sales staff (if applicable) and assist in organizing meetings, events or trainings. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and systems (e.g., CRM or ERP if in place).

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in any field with good communication.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales support / sales coordination role (preferably in manufacturing/automotive/industrial B2B environment) is a plus.

Gender:

Female (as specified).

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi; Gujarati is a plus. Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers, internal teams and coordination across departments. Strong organisational, time-management and multitasking ability. Professional phone etiquette and email handling. Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with databases or CRM tools.

Personal qualities:

Service-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, able to follow up and close tasks. Ability to handle pressure and work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Other requirements:

Ready to work from the company's Ahmedabad facility (Plot 501/4, Near Ethos Co., Tajpur Road, Changodar) as mentioned on website. KCPL Auto+1 Flexible working hours if required (for customer calls, dispatch coordination etc).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Number of quotations issued and followed up within agreed SLA. Percentage of sales orders processed without administrative errors. Customer feedback / satisfaction scores post-delivery. Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports and MIS. Reduction in sales support turnaround time (e.g., from enquiry to order). Coordination efficiency: number of escalations due to internal delays.

Reporting & Growth



The Sales Coordinator will report to the Sales Manager / Head of Sales. With strong performance, potential growth to Senior Sales Coordinator or Assistant Sales Manager, and eventually into direct sales or account-management roles within KCPL.

Working Conditions



Office environment within the manufacturing unit / adjoining administrative block. Some coordination with shop floor, warehouse and dispatch, so occasional visits to production/warehouse may be required. Standard office hours with occasional extended hours depending on dispatch/ customer needs.
