Roles and responsibility
The sales Coordinator will support the sales team in daily operations, manage customer inquiries, and prepare quotations and sales reports.
They will maintain accurate client data in CRM/ERP, coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and billing, and make regular cash collection and payment follow-up calls to customers.
The role includes assisting with sales presentations, marketing activities, and events while ensuring timely communication with clients.
The coordinator will also identify new business opportunities through market research and maintain proper documentation of all sales activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficient sales operations.
Qualification:
BBA, MBA OR Management related
