Sales Co Ordinator

Job Description

? Receive and process customer inquiries, quotations,and orders. ? Prepare and maintain accurate sales order entries in theERP/CRM system. ? Provide timely updates to customers on order status,dispatch details, and technical queries (as directed by thesales/technical team). ? Assist the sales team in preparing technical andcommercial proposals. ? Maintain a database of standard quotations, machineconfigurations, and price lists. ? Manage sales documents including quotations,invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and dispatchrecords. ? Ensure all paperwork complies with company policiesand customer requirements. ? Coordinate with accounts for invoice generation,advance payments, and follow-up on receivables. ? Update customer records and follow-ups in the CRMsystem. ? Generate sales reports, order tracking summaries, andperformance dashboards for the management. ? Track customer satisfaction and feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
