Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Alpino family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the on field sales team through data management, coordination, and reporting tasks. This includes preparing and analyzing MIS reports, managing TADA (Travel and Daily Allowance) claims for Sales Officers, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-up across the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS Reporting:
Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.
Generate accurate MIS reports for management review.
Track sales performance against targets and highlight variances.
TADA Sheet Management:
Collect and verify TADA claims submitted by Sales Officers.
Ensure compliance with company policies before processing.
Coordinate with the accounts team for timely reimbursement.
Sales Coordination:
Act as the key point of contact between Sales Officers and the Head Office.
Share sales targets, schemes, and updates with field teams.
Follow up on target achievement, secondary sales data, and distributor issues.
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain proper records of field activities, approvals, and reports.
Ensure all reports are submitted within deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
