Serve as daily liaison between field sales staff and internal teams
Maintain, update, and audit CRM and customer databases
Accurately process sales orders and documentation
Generate and distribute concise sales reports
Handle and Manage TADA activities
Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing
Assist in organizing training sessions or workshops for sales staff
Address customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Assist with trade shows, product launches, and promotional events
Monitor and track daily sales targets and performance metrics
