to support our sales operations and coordinate end-to-end order management. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills to ensure seamless interaction with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sales process in ERP (order entry, amendments, production & dispatch coordination)
Coordinate with Production, QC, Finance, Dispatch, and Logistics teams
Act as Key Account Manager (KAM) for local customers; maintain strong client relationships
Prepare price quotations and communicate price revisions
Handle customer complaints and raise CAPA tickets
Generate sales reports and support ISO documentation
Follow up for payments and ensure timely collections
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate (Commerce preferred)
Experience:
4-7 years in Manufacturing (B2B Sales / Customer Coordination / CRM)
Systems:
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP
Skills:
Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills
