Sales Co Ordinator

Job Description

Identify and approach prospective clients in the lab furniture, scientific equipment, and turnkey project space. Attend sales enquiries generated via SEO, website, or other digital platforms. Send Quotation for Prospective Interested Clients & follow up clients on quotation shared Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and technical teams to deliver appropriate solutions. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales service. Maintain an updated database of clients and track customer interactions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, institutes, pharma companies, and research centers. Prepare and share regular sales and customer relationship reports with management. Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requisite Skills:

? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sale preferred Industry: Lab Furniture, Scientific/Analytical Instruments, Turnkey Lab Setup, Construction/Architectural Projects related to Labs or within a manufacturing or technical industry.

? Experience in handling customer relations, order processing.

? Familiarity with quotation preparation and basic commercial terms

Education: ₹ Bachelor's degree in Engineer/Diplom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
