Job Description

Responsibilities:



Order Processing:

Receive and process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure order fulfillment and delivery.

Customer Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support. Address customer issues and collaborate with the sales team to provide solutions.

Sales Team Assistance:

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Provide administrative support to enhance the team's efficiency.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare and maintain sales reports, including performance metrics and forecasts. Generate regular reports for management to assess sales activities.

Coordination of Sales Meetings:

Coordinate internal and external sales meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.

Data Entry and Database Management:

Enter and update customer information in the CRM system. Ensure data accuracy and completeness for effective reporting.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
