Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and maintain strong business relationships. Convince and influence clients to purchase products/services and explore upselling opportunities. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts. Follow up with clients regarding payments, orders, and service delivery. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions. Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and track performance metrics. Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and presentations for the sales team. Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to provide insights. Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service standards to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Manage documentation, CRM entries, and databases for efficient sales operations.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 per week
